Arrival Instructions


PLEASE NOTE:  Specific information needed to access/use the property, such as codes, WiFi info, etc., is sent out 30 minutes before check in time (so 2:30 p.m. ET).  Meanwhile, here is the general arrival instructions/property information below. This page will be available throughout your stay or feel free to print!


This unit comes with one reserved offstreet parallel parking spot #3 image 1. When pulling out of the space you can go down to the end of the drive and turn around.

Street parking is also an option but it’s harder to find in the evenings and on the weekends like in any major city. And also as with any metropolitan area, we recommend not leaving anything visible or of value in the vehicle, especially overnight.

How to enter

The door to your unit has an electronic keypad. Enter the door code (that will be provided 30 minutes prior to checkin) into the keypad to open the door. To lock the door, enter in the code or press the lock key on the keypad.

Trash and recycling

Trash and recycling is picked up each Monday. Please place securely tied trash bags in the green bin labeled Unit 3 (on concrete pad next to front door) and roll it to the 10th Street sidewalk/curb on Sunday evening. After pick up, please move the bin off the curb and back to concrete pad next to front door. There is one shared blue recycling bin for all 8 units.

As a courtesy to the next Guest who will also greatly appreciate having an empty bin, we ask that you please help with ensuring the bins get emptied. Thanks in advance.


This unit features sling television. Using the Roku remote, first turn the TV on by pressing the red button at the top of the remote, then (to access SLING TV) hit the SLING button, which is one of the buttons at the bottom of the remote.

The TV’s are also internet enabled you can sign into your various preferred accounts, e.g., HBO GO, Netflix, Amazon, etc. by hitting the HOME (show what HOME button looks like) near the top of the remote.

Kitchen – as mentioned in the listing, one of the stove burners no longer works, unfortunately.

We care immensely about your experience while staying with us and we think you will find that we are typically quite responsive should you reach out during your stay.

That being said, we do also need sleep on occasion, so we kindly ask that if possible, anything that the majority of people would not consider to be a bonafide emergency (such as where to find the best bagels) wait to be asked the following business day if after normal business hours (6 p.m. ET on).

Should you have a bonafide emergency or a highly urgent matter that requires an immediate conversation with us after the midnight hour (or more like after 10 p.m.) please CALL us to do not send a text or email.

And of course if you are in a life-threatening situation call 911!!

There's a ton within walking distance (WALK SCORE OF 90) but if you don't have a car and need transportation, we recommend UBER or LYFT. This location also has good transit accessibility with MARTA (trains and buses) and car sharing services such as Zipcar and RelayRides.
